Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use the PriceLocalize app for iPhone and iPad and its online services (the "Service"), run by ASO Ventures LLC ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on its behalf.

What the Service does

PriceLocalize helps you set the prices of your in-app purchases and subscriptions in every App Store country, using price templates and Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) indexes, and sends those prices to App Store Connect. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

  • Some features ask for your email address. Keep access to it, it's how we reach you about your account.
  • You need to be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.

Your App Store Connect access

You connect PriceLocalize to App Store Connect with your own API key, which stays on your device and is only sent to Apple. Prices are only changed when you confirm a price change. You are responsible for the prices you set, including how they affect your revenue and your existing subscribers, and for following Apple's rules. We are not affiliated with Apple.

Suggested prices

Price templates, PPP indexes and exchange rates are estimates. Review the prices before you apply them. We don't promise any download, conversion or revenue result.

Subscriptions and payment

  • PriceLocalize Pro is sold as a subscription through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
  • Without Pro, the number of apps, products and custom price templates you can add is limited.
  • We may change prices. A price change never affects a subscription period you already paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the Service, or misuse other people's accounts. We may stop providing the Service to anyone who does.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, wrong prices or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let you know first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
